# Publish to the catalog

This action makes the Dataset **accessible** to all platform users via the **Catalog**.

The**access to content** of the data is however still subject to authorization, depending on the **sensitivity** defined (internal, restricted, sensitive).

#### Steps

1. Go to the Library, Datasets tab.
2. Click on the “…” to the right of the relevant Dataset.
3. Select Publish to catalog.
