# Secure chat

**The Druid** is at the heart of the Cleyrop experience.

Accessible from the platform's main bar, it allows each user, whether analyst, business manager, or data expert, to **converse in natural language**, generate AI-assisted content, perform tasks, and activate the artificial intelligence tools available in their environment.

Unlike a consumer chatbot, Le Druide is a chat **secure and sovereign** :

* no data is transmitted outside Europe
* no content is used to train the models
* and all interactions comply with internal privacy and governance policies

## Exchange smoothly and securely

Le Druide understands your questions in context and can analyze your **files**. You can attach files directly in the conversation via the 📎 button. Supported formats are: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, CSV. Files added as attachments in a Le Druide conversation are automatically deleted after **24 hours**.

{% hint style="info" %}
This cleanup policy applies only to attachments sent in the conversation thread. It does not concern documents indexed in a corpus or in an agent. If you need to reuse a file, remember to attach it again during each session.
{% endhint %}

Your exchanges are stored in your **history** to allow you to resume a conversation where you left off. You can **rename** or **delete** a conversation via the associated ⋯ menu.

All responses are produced in a **sovereign framework**, with no data transfer to external services.

## Access applications

Le Druide gives access to a catalog of applications directly from its side menu, via the tab **Applications**.

This view brings together all the apps available in your environment: Cleyrop tools, business applications, document generation tools, specialized assistants, etc. A search bar lets you quickly find an application by name.

Click on a card to open the application directly from Le Druide.

{% hint style="info" %}
The applications displayed are those deployed and accessible in your environment. They are created and managed from The Factory.
